My 20+ years of experience in game development has giving me precious knowledge and skill on what it takes to help motivate others to tackle any challenge that we developers face in this competitive industry. Throughout my experience, I have advanced my skills in fundamental programs such as 3DS Max, Photoshop among many others. I have established techniques that are successful in helping creating art assets efficiently and quickly within the requirements needed. From my previous work experiences, I have drawn many aspects that are transferable to a Senior Artist position such as being able to work without supervision as well as being respectable and to encourage others succeed in a team environment. Being the Lead Artist in many of the projects I have worked on (NFS Underground, NBA Live…) has taught me the ability to communicate in a positive and supporting manner, and help inspire others with the use of visual means. I am also able to give constructive feedback by identifying problems and solving them or providing applicable solutions. I believe mentoring and sharing knowledge is the key to making this industry creative and strong.
